Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Skewers

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes Use skinless for a healthier option.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Can substitute with another cooking oil.
  • to taste Salt Adjust based on preference.
  • to taste Pepper Adjust based on preference.
  • Wooden pieces skewers (soaked in water) Soak for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be a substitute.
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Adjust based on desired spice level.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Garnish

  • to taste Chopped green onions For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, toss the chicken cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Thread the chicken onto the soaked skewers.

Grilling

  • Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

Making the Sauce

  • In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce.
  • Serve the skewers hot drizzled with the bang bang sauce and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

Consider adding vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini onto the skewers for variety. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
