Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and allow to cool.
  • In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the blackberry jam until it is melted. Add the fresh blackberries and mix well.
  • Evenly spread the blackberry mixture over the cheesecake layer.
  • Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
