  • 4 larger flour tortillas (10-inch) Choose your preferred brand.

Preparation

  • Combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until well blended.
  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread an even layer of the creamy mixture over it.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly from one side, sealing the edge with a bit of cream cheese if necessary.
  • Use a sharp knife to slice the rolled tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Arrange the finished pinwheels on a serving platter and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

These pinwheels are best served cold but can be reheated quickly in the microwave. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
