  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For frying the wraps.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, and parsley. Mix well.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your liking.

Assembly and Cooking

  • Lay out tortillas on a clean surface and evenly distribute the cheesy chicken mixture across each tortilla.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to prevent filling from leaking.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  • Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and brown the other side.
  • Remove from skillet, slice diagonally, and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in a skillet for crispness or microwave for convenience. Add red pepper flakes for extra kick or parmesan for richness.
