  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped Substitute spinach or kale if desired.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Homemade dressing can enhance freshness.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  • Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  • Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  • If desired, add croutons for crunch.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly to create wraps.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Notes

Wraps can be stored for up to three days in the refrigerator. Consider serving alongside a salad or sweet potato fries for a complete meal.
