Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, Italian dressing mix, and cream cheese. Mix well until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for about 6-8 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  • Prepare the angel hair pasta according to the package instructions.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, shred it directly in the crock pot and stir into the sauce.

Serving

  • Serve the creamy chicken and sauce over the angel hair pasta, garnishing with parsley.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days. For reheating, warm on low heat and add chicken broth or cream if the sauce thickens. Enhance with grated Parmesan before serving.
