Ingredients

Meat Sauce

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Pasta and Cheese

  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Opt for high-quality cheese for maximum creaminess.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by browning the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until it’s perfectly browned and fragrant. Drain any excess fat.
  • Next, stir in your pasta sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, simmering for about 5 minutes until everything melds together beautifully.
  • In your greased slow cooker, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce, ensuring a nice base for the ravioli.
  • Layer half of the frozen ravioli on top of the sauce, followed by half of the remaining meat sauce and half of each type of cheese.
  • Repeat these layers, finishing with a generous amount of cheese on top for that perfect golden crust.

Cooking

  • Cover and let it cook on low for 4-5 hours. You’ll know it’s ready when everything is heated through and the cheese is delightful melted and bubbly.

Notes

For serving, garnish with freshly chopped basil or parsley. Pairs wonderfully with a crisp green salad and garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat as needed.
