Preparation

  • In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  • Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to your liking.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a resealable bag, then pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  • Let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the salmon for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

Best served with a fresh side salad or roasted vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for about 3 days. For best results, reheat gently in a pan over low heat.
