Ingredients
  

For the Fresh Fruit Salsa

  • 1 cup diced strawberries Use ripe strawberries for sweetness.
  • 1 cup diced pineapple Opt for fresh pineapple for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup diced mango Make sure the mango is ripe and sweet.
  • 1 cup diced kiwi Peel and dice kiwis just before use.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Fresh lime juice is optimal for flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional for added sweetness.

For the Cinnamon Sugar Chips

  • 4 pieces flour tortillas Can substitute with whole wheat or corn tortillas.
  • 1/4 cup sugar Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon Adjust based on preference.
  • 1/4 cup melted butter Can substitute with coconut oil.

Instructions
 

Preparation of Salsa

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced strawberries, pineapple, mango, and kiwi.
  • Add lime juice and honey (if using), and stir gently to combine.

Making Cinnamon Sugar Chips

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter, then sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
  • Cut the tortillas into triangles and arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes or until they are crispy and golden.

Serving

  • Serve the fresh fruit salsa with the cinnamon sugar chips for dipping.

Notes

Fresh fruit salsa is best enjoyed immediately but can be stored for up to 2 days in an airtight container. Chips are best eaten fresh but can be stored at room temperature for 1-2 days.
