  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the butter and let it melt until foamy, but don’t let it brown.
  • Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken pieces in a single layer and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes, ensuring an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days. For freezing, place cooled bites in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months. Reheat in a skillet over low heat or microwave.
