  • 2 cups fresh blueberries Wash and dry thoroughly.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Regular yogurt can be used as a substitute.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Optional for sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds flavor to the yogurt mixture.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Dip each blueberry into the yogurt mixture to coat.
  • Place the coated blueberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze for about 2-3 hours or until solid.
  • Enjoy as a refreshing treat!

Notes

Store the clusters in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Serve directly from the freezer for best taste.
