Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flour Can substitute with almond flour.
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda Leavening agent.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
  • Add Greek yogurt, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  • In another bowl, combine oat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Baking

  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
