  • 4 oz Turkey or roast beef
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Olives, sliced

  • Spread a generous layer of cream cheese evenly across each tortilla.
  • Lay out slices of salami, ham, and turkey or roast beef on top of the cream cheese.
  • Add a handful of fresh spinach, followed by brightly colored bell peppers and olives for flavor and crunch.
  • Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper to enhance the taste.
  • Tightly roll the tortilla from one edge to the other, securing all the fillings inside.

Notes

Store leftovers in plastic wrap or an airtight container for up to 3 days. These sandwiches do not freeze well. You can use herbs in the cream cheese for added flavor, and toasting the tortillas lightly can create a crisp texture.
