  • 4 oz ham Sliced.
  • Italian seasoning Optional, for added flavor.

Preparation

  • Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over each tortilla in a thin layer.
  • Layer fresh green lettuce, followed by salami, pepperoni, and ham on each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the layered ingredients if desired.
  • Tightly roll each tortilla to create a compact shape.
  • Slice the rolls into rounds about 1 inch thick and arrange on a platter.

Notes

These pinwheels can be served cold or at room temperature. They can be made a day ahead and stored wrapped in plastic wrap for freshness. Pair with marinara or mustard for dipping.
