Preparation

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened (about 2-3 minutes).
  • Toss in the diced bell pepper and cook for another 3 minutes until it starts to soften.
  • Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks. Cook until browned and fully cooked through.
  • Season the mixture with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine all the flavors.

Notes
