  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until it’s fragrant.
  • Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet. Cook each side for about 5-7 minutes until they turn golden brown and are cooked through.
  • Toss in the green beans and pour the lemon juice over everything. Cook until the beans are tender, around 5 minutes more.
  • Once everything is cooked to perfection, garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat on the stovetop, adding a splash of chicken broth to maintain moisture.
