Preparation

  • Pop the popcorn according to the package instructions and place it in a large bowl.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  • Add a few drops of green food coloring to the melted chocolate and stir until evenly colored.
  • Pour the green chocolate over the popcorn and mix well to coat.
  • If desired, fold in mini marshmallows for extra sweetness.
  • Spread the coated popcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle with green sprinkles or edible glitter.
  • Let it sit until the chocolate hardens, then break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

To maintain popcorn crunch, be careful not to overcoat with chocolate. Let chocolate set at room temperature; refrigerate briefly if needed in warm climates.
