Ingredients
  

For the Puff Pastry

  • 1 batch homemade puff pastry Prepared in advance and chilled for easier handling.

For the Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese Make sure it's softened for easy mixing.
  • 2 tbsp honey You can replace with maple syrup if desired.
  • 4 medium fresh peaches, sliced Wash and slice evenly for optimal presentation.

For the Glaze

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey Can be substituted with maple syrup.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven according to puff pastry instructions.
  • Roll out the homemade puff pastry and cut it into small circles to fit your tart pans.
  • Place the pastry circles into the tart pans and prick the bottoms with a fork.
  • Bake according to pastry instructions until golden brown.
  • Once baked, let the tarts cool.

Filling and Assembling

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese with honey until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture inside each tart shell.
  • Top with freshly sliced peaches.

Glazing

  • In a small saucepan, combine cinnamon, lemon juice, and honey to create the glaze.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the peach-topped tarts.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

These tarts are best served fresh, but if you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. To reheat, place them in a preheated oven at 350°F for 5-10 minutes.
