Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Fruits and Toppings

  • 2 pieces bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts Optional
  • Maraschino cherries for topping Add before serving.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  • Layer the sliced bananas and strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup over the fruit layer.
  • If using, sprinkle chopped nuts over the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Top with maraschino cherries just before serving.

Notes

This dessert is best enjoyed fresh, but it can be stored in the refrigerator for about 3 days. Cover tightly to prevent absorption of odors.
