Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  • Roll out the biscuit dough and cut it into squares.

Assembly

  • Place a spoonful of the peach mixture in the center of each square.
  • Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
  • Arrange the dumplings in a baking dish.

Baking
