Ingredients

For the Lemonade

  • 3 pieces Fresh Peaches Choose ripe peaches for the sweetest flavor.
  • 2 pieces Fresh Lemons Use freshly juiced lemons for maximum tang.
  • 0.5 cups Sugar Adjust sweetness to liking; substitute with honey or agave.
  • 4 cups Water Use chilled filtered water for best results.
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes Larger cubes melt slower, preventing dilution.
  • 1 piece Lemon Slice For decorative touch and extra flavor.
  • 10 leaves Fresh Mint Leaves Enhance aroma and presentation.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by washing the fresh peaches thoroughly. After washing, remove the skin if desired, then pit and slice the peaches. Place them in a blender.
  • Squeeze the juice from the fresh lemons and add it to the blender with the peaches. For added flavor, consider including a few slices of lemon.
  • Add the sugar to the blender along with the chilled filtered water. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  • Once blended, taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed, either adding more sugar or a substitute to reach your desired level.
  • In a pitcher, combine the peach and lemon mixture with the remaining water. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly mixed.
  • Serve immediately over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices.

Notes

Use larger ice cubes to serve; they melt slower and prevent the drink from becoming overly diluted. For best flavor, chill the lemonade in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. Tasting as you go will help achieve the perfect blend of flavors.
