Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup pistachio pudding mix Can substitute with vanilla pudding if necessary.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter Cut into small pieces for quicker melting.

Topping

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Melt for drizzling.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
  • Add in the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  • Mix in the pistachio pudding mix until well combined.
  • Remove from heat and gently fold in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and press down firmly.
  • Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the top of the Rice Krispie layer.
  • Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For best results, keep heat low to prevent burning and stir consistently. Consider adding crushed pistachios on top for extra crunch.
