Ingredients
  

For the marinade

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce can be replaced with gluten-free alternative
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

For the kabobs

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak can substitute with flank steak or tenderloin
  • 1 bell pepper (any color, cut into chunks)
  • 1 onion (cut into chunks)
  • 1 zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • wooden or metal skewers soak wooden skewers in water before use

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.
  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Add steak cubes to the marinade and let it soak for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Cooking

  • Thread seasoned steak, bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes onto the skewers alternately.
  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Pair kabobs with zesty dipping sauce like tzatziki or garlic aioli. Can be served over rice or quinoa. Use a reliable grill thermometer for best results.
